Good Afternoon Twin Valley Middle School Families,
On Friday, November 1st our 7th grade students will be participating in our 22nd Annual Cookie Bake project. They will be baking thousands of chocolate chip cookies that will be packaged along with handwritten letters from 7th grade students. These boxes will be shipped to military members stationed all around the world through a partnership with Keystone Military Families.
Students in 5th, 6th, and 8th grade will have an opportunity next week to purchase a coupon for $1 that can be redeemed on Friday morning for a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie. Students are welcome to donate more than $1, but each student is only allowed one cookie coupon. 7th grade students do not have to purchase a cookie coupon – they will receive a cookie at the end of the event.
We are also accepting monetary donations from the community to help offset the cost of shipping the packages. Donations can be sent to the Middle School office in an envelope marked “TVMS Cookie Bake.” Cash or checks are accepted – checks can be made payable to Keystone Military Families.
