TVMS spring conferences will be held on Thursday, February 27th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and on Thursday, March 6th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The window to schedule a conference will open February 11th at 8am; the deadline to schedule a conference is Wednesday, February 26th at 8am. To access the conference scheduler, please visit Meet The Teacher after 8am on Tuesday, February 11th. The link will take you to our district website where you can access Meet the Teacher and directions if need be. The scheduling website will list all your students’ current teachers. Conferences may be conducted in person or virtually; if you would like a virtual conference, please type that in the “Add Message for Teacher” box that appears when scheduling the appointment and email your student's teacher(s) to request a link. If you wish to schedule a conference with a learning support teacher, counselor, or other school personnel, please contact them directly.
