TVMS Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences 2025
Fall conferences will be held on Monday, November 24th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and on Tuesday, November 25th from 12:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The window to schedule a conference will open Thursday, November 13th at noon; the deadline to schedule a conference is Friday, November 21st at noon.
To access the conference scheduler, please visit https://tvsd.meettheteacher.com/ after noon on Thursday, November 13th. The scheduling website will list all of your student’s current teachers; please note that spring conferences for second semester classes are scheduled for March 5th, 2026.
Conferences may be conducted in person or virtually; if you would like a virtual conference, please type that in the “Add Message for Teacher” box that appears when scheduling the appointment and email your student's teacher(s) to request a link.
If you wish to schedule a conference with a learning support teacher, counselor, or other school personnel, please contact them directly.
