TVMS spring conferences will be held on Thursday, February 26th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and on Thursday, March 5th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The window to schedule a conference is open until Wednesday, February 26th at 8am. To access the conference scheduler, please visit https://tvsd.meettheteacher.com/. The scheduling website will list all of your student’s Math, Science, Social Studies, and ELA teachers. To schedule with your students current related arts teachers please email them directly. You can find their names on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal; they are not correct in Meet the Teacher. Conferences may be conducted in person or virtually; if you would like a virtual conference, please type that in the “Add Message for Teacher” box that appears when scheduling the appointment and email your student's teacher(s) to request a link. If you wish to schedule a conference with a learning support teacher, counselor, or other school personnel, please contact them directly.
